Use of reports
Lucen reports are informational only. They are not legal advice, not credit decisions, and not tenant-screening reports under the FCRA. We explicitly prohibit any use for tenant-screening, employment decisions, or consumer-credit decisions.
Your content
You own what you upload (e.g., inspection reports, condo packages). You grant us a license to process and analyze that content to provide the service. We don't sell it, share it with advertisers, or train public models on it.
Prohibited uses
Tenant screening. Employment decisions. Credit decisions. Discriminatory decisioning. Reverse-engineering the service. Bulk scraping beyond API rate limits.
Disclaimers & liability
Reports are based on public data and proprietary models that may contain errors, omissions, or staleness. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the prior 12 months. Some jurisdictions do not allow such limitations — read the full terms for specifics that apply to you.
Privacy Policy
Effective April 16, 2026.
What we collect
Account information (email, payment method), addresses you query, and usage data (pages, clicks, feature interactions). For agents: brand assets and CRM configuration.
What we don't collect
Social security numbers. Health data. Precise location outside of addresses you enter. Biometric data. Browsing history beyond our own domains.
How we use it
To deliver reports, operate the service, fight fraud, and improve the product. We never sell your personal information. We never share your addresses with third-party data brokers.
Your rights
Under GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable laws, you can: access, export, delete, and object to processing. Email privacy@lucen.ai to exercise rights — 30-day response.
How we protect data.
Encryption
TLS 1.3 in transit. AES-256 at rest. Encrypted field-level for sensitive PII.
Access control
SSO for enterprise customers. Role-based access. SCIM provisioning. Audit logs.
Infrastructure
AWS us-east-1 primary. VPC isolation. WAF. Quarterly penetration testing.
Monitoring
24/7 automated monitoring. On-call rotation. Security incidents disclosed within 72 hours.
Certifications
SOC 2 Type II audited. GDPR + CCPA compliant. ISO 27001 roadmapped for 2027.
Responsible disclosure
Security researchers: report findings to security@lucen.ai. Bounty program live.
Cookies & tracking
We use cookies for three purposes: keeping you logged in, remembering your preferences, and measuring aggregate usage. We don't run third-party advertising cookies.
Analytics: PostHog (product events, self-hosted) and Plausible (privacy-respecting, no personal data). You can opt out of all analytics in your account settings.
If a score is wrong, we fix it.
Property owners and residents can challenge a score by submitting evidence. We triage within 5 business days. Valid corrections trigger an immediate rescore.
File the dispute
Link on every report. Upload evidence (official documents, case numbers, proof of resolution).

Data team reviews against original source. Decision within 5 business days.
Fix or respond
Valid corrections trigger immediate rescore and a note in the report's revision history.
Accessibility
We build to WCAG 2.1 AA standards. Keyboard navigation, screen-reader support, high-contrast mode, and scalable typography across every surface.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please email accessibility@lucen.ai — we respond within 2 business days and prioritize fixes in the next release.
